If you wan to sell your car, keep all records of vehicle maintenance and repair records.  People who are really serious about buying your car will want to see that you have properly maintained your vehicle. If you don’t have the paperwork, it would be worth your time to get a tune up on your car and keep it in the glove box.  Not have your maintenance paper work could be a deal breaker.
Know How Much Your Car is Worth
It is a good idea to already have determined the amount you want for the car and the least you are willing to accept. To avoid a little know condition called seller’s remorse you will have to ensure that you don’t sell your car for too little and the best way for you to do this is to ensure that you know what these two amounts are before you even attempt to negotiate with potential buyers.
